With two pieces of cloth, a needle and thread and a pair of scissors, I am making a cover for the pillow and a case to pull over the cover. All I have to do is to fold the two pieces of cloth and stitch them together, on their opposite sides at their width with my needle and thread. 

Like making two pockets with each piece of cloth. While the cover does not have a closure the case has one like a flap over the open end and is also stitched on the opposite sides at their width. I have done the handwork with the basic stitches. I will ask someone to strengthen the sides and the open edge of the flap with the sewing machine stitches.

Eggs

Add  water to eggs and bring to a rolling boil.

Turn off the heat.

Take the beaker off the heat to let the eggs finish cooking.

Cover the beaker with foil.

Leave the eggs in the covered beaker for the right amount of time.

• For runny soft-boiled eggs (barely set whites): 3 minutes

• For slightly runny soft-boiled eggs: 4 minutes

• For custardy yet firm soft-boiled eggs: 6 minutes

• For firm yet still creamy hard-boiled eggs: 10 minutes

• For very firm hard-boiled eggs: 15 minutes

Sausages

Add water to sausages and heat to just give off steam vapour.

Turn off the heat. 

Flavour with whole black peppar, bay leaf and sliced onion.

Cover the beaker with foil.

Lentils
Add water to lentils and boil. 

Let simmer and flavour with salt, peppar, cumin, onion, ginger and coriander for Dal. 
Reduce heat to low.

Cover the beaker with foil.

- En hel eller del av en Grillad Kyckling

- En portion Nudlar (kyckling smak) 

- En matsked stek Olja eller en klick stek Fett

- En halv gul Lök - hackad

- En bit färsk Ingefära - skalad och hackad

- Några kvist färsk Koriander - hackad

- Några Cocktail Tomater - hela

- Salt

- Svart peppar (grov malet)

- Spis kummin (kryddpulver)

- Curry mix (kryddpulver)

- Vildtkrydderi (örtblandning)

Värm stek olja eller stek fett i en kastrull. 

Lägg i gul lök och bryn försiktigt till gyllenbrun.  

Kontrollera värmen så att inga ingredienser fastnar på kastrullbotten.

Tillsätt hackad ingefära och cocktail tomater. Rör om.

Plocka av en portion (ca 125 g) benfri kött från en grillad kyckling och stoppa ner det i kastrullen. Rör om

Lägg portionen nudlar och medföljande kryddblandning i köttgrytan.

Häll på 3 dl kokande vatten. 

Smaksätt med salt, kryddor och koriander.
